- Outplacement Coaching: Coaching for leaving an organization, meaning job search, positioning, and support through the transition after a layoff or exit.
- Crossplacement Coaching: Coaching for a lateral move, meaning switching industries or functions without moving up or down, as well as going into self-employment.
- Onplacement Coaching: Coaching for the move from unemployment to employment, meaning landing a new role and succeeding once you're in it.
